COACHING

Coaching and therapy are related but different. Therapy is a healing process which often involves dealing with difficult experiences from the past. Coaching is more geared to focussing on the present and the future and facilitates self-directed learning, personal growth and goal attainment.

Over the years, together with a number of my clients, I have made an evolutionary shift from therapy to coaching, and coaching is now a significant part of my practice. I work as a coach with highly successful people helping them achieve self-mastery, pursue excellence, be insightful managers and integrate work and personal lives. I aim to help individuals enhance health and well-being, have authentic relationships, be inspirational parents and happy people.

In coaching sessions, we attend to what might hinder movement toward desired goals. In a collaborative process, I assist clients in making choices to effect change, develop strategies and implement solutions that result in optimal personal and professional performance.
